I met Minister Etheleen Jetton while relocating as a new resident of North Carolina. I found it very interesting that during my transition to the area, she was a wealth of resources with her ministry, Arms Wide Open Ministries, International. She is pastor and founder of this wonderful ministry that assists people who are moving into the area. What a blessing! She was such a jewel in providing places, people, and other organizations that were there to make my new home a blessed place to be.  Through her ministry, she provides food, clothing, and a network of resources that supports those who are in need. So, when she expressed her desire to write a book and share her personal story by encouraging other women who experienced hair loss beyond their control, I was happy to provide any of my skills to see her dream come into a reality.  She understands how women labor to appear beautiful to their husbands, mates, and their children.

To lose her hair was humbling and shocking but she managed the acceptance of hair loss through the comfort and guidance of God. She is transparent about how it affected her in every aspect of her life by sharing her personal experiences, fears, and spiritual growth along her journey of hair loss due to an Auto-immune Iron deficiency. We released her book on December 12, 2021, and are very excited to see her in magazines and other media as she discusses her book and the contents therein!
